First let me describe my personal brand of therapy. I believe in establishing a warm, clinical, yet deeply compassionate collaborative environment. Together, we work to cultivate self-awareness, dismantle unhelpful cognitive patterns, and navigate your path toward lasting emotional resilience in a serene and entirely safe space.
In my practice, clinical rigor meets deep personal warmth. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, serene space where you feel genuinely heard, met with evidence-based strategies, and supported through life's complex transitions.

My graduate studies focused on a variety of theories, with many courses focused on relationships and families. I completed hundreds of hours of internship work with adolescents in the custody of the juvenile justice system prior to graduation. Before licensure, I worked at a local psychiatric hospital and have thousands of hours of supervised counseling experience with individuals in crisis. I have seen patients at their worst and have honed skills in guiding them from those dark times to discharge and success.
My business career included serving as a people manager for several companies, as well as fifteen years of leadership experience in the United States Army. As a people manager and military leader, my focus was consistently on fostering strong interpersonal relationships and guiding those under my leadership toward success. I enjoy building that relationship and seeing people overcome struggles and being their best in life.
Providing dedicated clinical guidance and warm therapeutic support designed to help you navigate life's challenges.
While I can list several modalities of therapy, I use a blend of these and others during my sessions. The most common approaches I use are:
